Main Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations, ensuring seamless communication with our clinical team.
  • Process patient information, including registration, updates, and correspondence, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure smooth communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative protocols, ensuring compliance with practice policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience in a medical reception or administration role, with a strong understanding of healthcare systems and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in medical software and systems an advantage.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
