Regional Sales and Development Manager
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Regional Sales and Development Manager to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a robust pipeline of opportunities with prospective new high-profile key accounts, exceeding sales quota targets. This includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various industries, such as Agri, Industrial, and Farm Group sectors.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. They will also be responsible for generating market interest and closing sales by executing activities such as projects, surveys, campaigns, teaching, site visits, and promotions.
Salary£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the energy or logistics industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of the energy and logistics markets, including current trends and challenges.
