Water Safety Professional Role Overview
Nuffield Health Kingston FWC is seeking a Water Safety Professional to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Water Safety Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors while using our wet facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing training and support to our staff to ensure they are equipped to respond to any incidents that may occur.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate them.
- Develop and maintain a culture of safety within the team, promoting a positive and proactive approach to risk management.
- Work closely with our management team to ensure that our safety policies and procedures are up-to-date and effective.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that our members and visitors feel safe and supported at all times.
Requirements:
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
- Ability to provide ongoing training records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
