As a Service Engineer Apprentice, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Observe and enforce the Company's and client's Health & Safety policies.
  • Present a professional image to customers through effective communication.
  • Develop a flexible approach to meet customer needs and adapt to changing working hours.
  • Timely reporting to the Service Manager on progress or delays.
  • Ensure timely completion and submission of risk assessments, work reports, and activity reports.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client systems and provide quotations for parts, consumables, and plant upgrades.
  • Provide regular updates to the line manager on any issues affecting the Company's financial, reputational, or operational performance.
  • Carry out commissioning work on standard equipment.
Requirements
  • NVQ or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or similar.
  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • A full UK driving licence is required.
  • Experience in the water industry is an advantage but not essential.
  • Knowledge of the Healthcare and Scientific market is desirable.
