Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of memorable. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve food and drinks in our assigned Food and Beverage outlets in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Taking the time to listen to the needs of our guests and building natural rapport.
  • Making knowledgeable suggestions and recommendations on the food and drinks that our guests might enjoy.
  • Raising bills and taking payment.
  • Clearing and re-setting tables.
Requirements
  • Providing high quality service and attention to detail comes naturally to you.
  • A smart and professional appearance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to remain calm whilst under pressure.
  • Feeling comfortable in a fast-paced, busy environment.
  • You value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues.
  • Most of all, you have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner.
  • Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is a significant advantage.
