Job Summary

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience in our Food and Beverage outlets. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality service, a positive attitude, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve food and drinks in our assigned Food and Beverage outlets in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Take the time to listen to the needs of our guests and build natural rapport.
  • Make knowledgeable suggestions and recommendations on the food and drinks that our guests might enjoy.
  • Raise bills and take payment.
  • Clear and reset tables.

Requirements

  • Provide high-quality service and attention to detail.
  • Have a smart and professional appearance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Feel comfortable in a fast-paced, busy environment.
  • Value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues.
  • Have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner.
  • Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is a significant advantage.
