Employee Relations Business Partner

Bruin is seeking a skilled Employee Relations Business Partner to lead the Employee Relations function, develop and implement HR policies, and ensure strong governance. This role will support HR Business Partners and Line Managers in delivering a customer-centric HR service and driving continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all Employee Relations activities, including case management and tribunals, to ensure a fair and respectful work environment.

Develop and update HR policies, ensuring compliance and effective implementation, to protect the organization's interests and promote employee well-being.

Collaborate with HR teams to enhance line management capabilities and processes, improving employee engagement and productivity.

Conduct audits on employment models, managing risks related to casual and permanent workers, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Manage Occupational Health policies, integrating them with broader wellbeing initiatives, to promote a healthy and safe work environment.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in Employee Relations and HR Policy management, with a strong understanding of employment law and regulations.

CIPD qualified or equivalent, with a proven track record of influencing and supporting line management.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees and stakeholders.

Experience in unionized environments is a plus, with the ability to navigate complex employment relationships.

This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional who is passionate about making a positive impact in a dynamic organization.
