Job Title: Employee Relations Business Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Business Partner to join our team at Bruin. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in leading and enhancing our Employee Relations function, managing HR policies, and ensuring strong governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all Employee Relations activities, including case management and tribunals, to ensure a fair and consistent approach.

Develop and update HR policies, ensuring compliance and effective implementation, to support the organization's goals and objectives.

Collaborate with HR teams to improve line management capabilities and processes, driving continuous improvements and best practices.

Conduct audits on employment models, managing risks related to casual and permanent workers, to ensure compliance and minimize risks.

Manage Occupational Health policies, integrating them with broader wellbeing initiatives, to promote a healthy and safe work environment.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in Employee Relations and HR Policy management, with a proven track record of success.

CIPD qualified or equivalent, with a strong understanding of employment law and regulations.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to influence and support line management.

Proven ability to work in a unionized environment, with experience in managing complex ER cases and tribunals.
