We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care and Support Assistant to join our team in Cambridge. As a Care and Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with complex needs.
About the PositionThis is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in caring for individuals with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other complex conditions. You will work closely with our experienced team to provide personalized care and support, including assistance with daily living tasks, emotional support, and access to community resources.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to be resilient, compassionate, and able to work independently. You will also need to be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team. While no prior experience is necessary, a strong desire to make a difference in people's lives is essential.
