Director of Global Workplace Operations

Addepar is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Global Workplace Operations function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting and supporting our in-person working experience across the globe.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company that values collaboration, innovation, and employee experience. As a Director, Global Workplace, you will oversee a global team that is responsible for managing our real estate portfolio, including 7 locations, and developing strategies to enhance our workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to elevate our property value, identify cost savings, and improve our work environment.
- Manage global 3rd party real estate support to ensure service level agreements are met, and employee needs are addressed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify service gaps and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain critical relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure seamless facility and workplace requirements.
- Establish and maintain physical security policies in partnership with the Information Security team.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as facilities management or real estate.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate workplace operations, property management, and real estate.
- Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to build bridges and prioritize clear communication.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization, influencing decisions and achieving results.
- Direct experience globally sourcing new offices and negotiating commercial leases.
