Director of Global Workplace Operations

Addepar is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Global Workplace Operations function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting and supporting our in-person working experience across the globe.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic organization and make a significant impact on our workplace culture. As the Director of Global Workplace, you will oversee a global team and be responsible for a substantial departmental budget, including our real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic facility and capital plans to elevate property value and improve the work environment.
- Manage global third-party real estate support to ensure service level agreements are met and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement workplace strategies that align with our company values.
- Establish and maintain critical relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure seamless facility and workplace operations.
- Develop and implement programs to achieve high building tenancy levels and provide stellar in-office employee experiences.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as facilities management or real estate.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate workplace operations, property management, and real estate, with a proven track record of impact on workplace culture.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to build bridges through clear and open communication.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and influence decisions at the C-Suite level.
- Direct experience globally sourcing new offices and negotiating commercial leases.
