Job Overview:

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and brand values
* Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations
* Meet or exceed personal sales goals, while consistently achieving store targets
* Model Coach selling skills and Service training to drive sales and productivity
* Act as a brand ambassador, representing Tapestry, Inc. with integrity and passion
* Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and objectives

**Requirements:**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships
* Previous experience in a retail service environment, preferably in luxury retail
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
* Strong product knowledge and understanding of consumer behavior
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
