Academic Support Specialist

4myschools Ltd is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in King's Lynn, Norfolk. As a passionate advocate for inclusive education, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs in their learning activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver lessons tailored to individual student needs.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to teachers and parents.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes social and emotional growth.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in education or child development are highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred.
Working Arrangements:
The ideal candidate will be available to work full-time or part-time hours, Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm. TERM TIME ONLY. The daily rate is £110-£120 per day. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the lives of students with special educational needs.
