Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Catch22 Include School Norfolk. In this role, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide academic and emotional support to our students who present challenging behaviors.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with EAL, SEN, speech and language difficulties, or other complex needs. You will be able to motivate and encourage students, demonstrate effective behavior management strategies, and work collaboratively with the teaching team to develop Individual Education Plans.

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
