About the Role
As a Team Leader at Hobbycraft, you will support the management team in driving sales and delivering excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating the till and handling cash, credit/debit cards, and gift card transactions accurately
- Overseeing operations, including merchandising, goods in, warehouse operations, and duty management responsibilities
- Supporting and coaching new colleagues
- Coordinating the workload of colleagues
- Answering customer enquiries
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- A minimum of 1 year's previous retail experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role
- A passion for all things craft and a desire to inspire others
- The ability to learn and share expertise of products to fit customer needs
- High levels of enthusiasm, drive, and motivation
- Confident and clear communication skills
- Flexibility to accommodate business trading needs
