Job Title: Care Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Care Leader to join our team at Hireful. As a Care Leader, you will be responsible for leading our service locally to provide gold standard support to our customers in their supported living residence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the service locally to provide gold standard support to our customers
  • Inspire your team to meet standards of quality in their provision
  • Coach and develop your team using your own experience and shared best practice
  • Monitor and maintain standards, manage and implement policy and process for Safeguarding and Health and Safety

What We Offer:

  • Up to £40k including allowances
  • 25 days AL plus bank holidays
  • Predominantly day shift, but with some flexibility
