Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the UK. As a key member of our Structural Heart business, you will be responsible for driving growth and delivering exceptional results in your designated territory.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think creatively and identify new business opportunities. You will have a deep understanding of complex medical devices and be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Interventionalists, Echocardiologists, and surgeons.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively and think creatively will be essential in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and deliver exceptional results in your designated territory.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Interventionalists, Echocardiologists, and surgeons.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain all aspects of commercial activity, including KOL relationships, competitor analysis, and pricing.
  • Manage logistics between the site and our company related to procedural support.


Requirements:
  • Degree preferable.
  • Experience in complex medical device sales is preferred, ideally imaging/cardiology.
  • Strong Cardiac Anatomy & Physiology knowledge and familiarity with cath lab/operating room procedures and protocols.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Ideal prior sales experience, but a purely clinical profile will be considered.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to support a large territory.
  • Proven ability to deliver results.
  • Demonstrate initiative and work with a high degree of independence.
  • Be a team player and demonstrate high personal involvement with commitment to the customer.


Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package, including private healthcare, life assurance, and a flexible benefits scheme.
