About the Role

The Teaching Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our educational program at beBee Professionals in Southport.

Main Duties:
  • Preparation and Delivery: Assist in preparing and delivering engaging lessons to students, working closely with teaching staff to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
  • Student Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment by actively engaging with students, encouraging participation, and providing individualized support when needed.
  • Logistics and Administration: Manage classroom resources, maintain accurate records, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Selection Criteria:
  • Education: Hold an Associate's degree or higher in education or a related field.
  • Experience: Have previous experience as a teaching assistant or in an educational setting.
  • Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for education.
Employment Package:
