The position of Accounts Payable Administrator is available within a leading FMCG entity in Milton Keynes. This permanent role offers a comprehensive range of high-quality products and services, with a workforce exceeding 1000 dedicated professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and operate the purchase ledger to ensure timely processing of invoices and reconciliations.
- Handle supplier queries and develop strong professional relationships to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist the financial accountant in maintaining accurate financial records.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, contributing to the overall efficiency of the Accounting & Finance department.

- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of the professional services industry.
