Accountancy & Finance Graduate (Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger)

The position of Accounts Payable Administrator is available within a leading FMCG entity in Milton Keynes. This permanent role offers a comprehensive range of high-quality products and services, with a workforce exceeding 1000 dedicated professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and operate the purchase ledger to ensure timely processing of invoices and reconciliations.
  • Handle supplier queries and develop strong professional relationships to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and assist the financial accountant in maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, contributing to the overall efficiency of the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of the professional services industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration as part of a team.
  • A yearly salary range of £22,500 - £28,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.
