We are currently seeking an experienced Fire Safety Co-ordinator to join our Fire, Electrical & Asbestos compliance team at Trent and Dove Housing.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular checks of compliance-based equipment within communal areas.
  • Liaise with colleagues to ensure effective compliance-based inspections are undertaken.
  • Pursue any issues identified during inspections and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Requirements:
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and a proactive attitude.
  • In possession of a full driving licence (use of company van will be provided).
  • A good understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Proven track record of conducting thorough inspections and maintaining accurate records.
  • Familiarity with using a range of equipment including PDAs and laptops.
  • Previous experience of working in a trade or DIY environment.
  • Knowledge of fire safety principles and practices.
