Repairs Supervisor Opportunity
Fortus Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Repairs Supervisor to join their property services division. This role involves working on a newly won contract based in the Enfield area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of direct operatives and subcontractors, ensuring the efficient completion of void refurbishments services for scattered housing properties.
Key duties include:
- Day-to-day supervision of operatives
- Pre- and post-inspections of works
- Organizing and allocating operative workload in association with the program
- Toolbox talks and health and safety monitoring
- Using NHF SOR to price works
- Liaising with clients and tenants over works
This is a permanent position offering a great opportunity to join a growing business.
