Mobile Maintenance Technician

BAM FM is seeking a skilled Mobile Multi-skilled Engineer to join their team at the University of Chester. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing building systems, working closely with the Site Supervisor and Helpdesk. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing out-of-hours cover for clients
- Reducing energy consumption on site
- Overseeing visiting sub-contractors
- Assisting with maintenance tasks on other properties
- Complying with company policies and Health and Safety procedures
The ideal candidate will have electrical qualifications, experience with electrical and building fabric maintenance, and knowledge of Health and Safety practices. They will also be familiar with Service Level Agreements, service targets, and Key Performance Indicators.
