Business Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Coordinator to join our team at Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior management and contributing to the development and implementation of plans and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including minute taking and coordination of meetings
- Contribute to the development and implementation of plans and policies, including knowledge of Social Care legislation and its application
- Communicate and liaise with senior management and other staff working in multi-agency settings, social work staff, and members of the general public
- Minute taking in multi-agency meetings and knowledge of formal quality management and project and programme management methodologies
- Knowledge of performance and change management, ability to work on own initiative, and ability to work to tight timescales
Requirements:
- 4 GCSE's at grade C or above
- Degree or recognised professional accreditation in quality management or project management methodologies
- Administrative or management related NVQ level 3 or equivalent
- Attainment or working towards NVQ Level 4 in management
