Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our projects team, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with field-based teams to provide general project support
  • Process and manage project orders, ensuring timely completion and delivery
  • Monitor and report on key stage progress, updating the master project plan as needed
  • Attend project meetings and provide administrative support
  • Manage the movement of project materials, including design and testing
  • Monitor completion and updates of project risk assessments
  • Manage logistics for importing equipment
  • Collate and check off completion of required project documentation
  • Manage drawing control and post-project performance and cost analysis
  • Schedule and organize project debriefs
  • Superuser of project management in-house system
  • Additions to technical register and manage stock list audit/movements
  • Liaise with Service Coordinator regarding project resources
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for project team members
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar sales/project support role
  • Able to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong planning and organization skills
  • Literate, numerate, and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Confident communication skills, including face-to-face interactions
  • Experience of complex capital projects and project management systems an advantage
