We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Support Specialist to provide crucial support to our Director of PR & Communications and Head of Legal.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping calendars up to date with meticulous diary management, monitoring and responding to emails promptly, and supporting our leaders and their teams to achieve company goals effectively.

  • Facilitate international travel arrangements and meetings across time zones.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for external matters, handling calls and correspondence professionally.
  • Build positive relationships with leaders both locally and globally.
  • Support PR and comms to facilitate impactful company All Staff meetings.
  • Coordinate legal document signatures and process expenses accurately.
  • Compile confidential reports and presentations with precision.
  • Manage invoices and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Assist with meeting preparations, including agenda creation and minute-taking.
  • Organise various events and become an expert in office processes.
About You

We are looking for someone with experience supporting senior executives with demanding schedules. Ideally, you have worked in media or a similar industry, but it's not essential. You must be highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
