BCL Search, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Support Specialist to join their team in London, UK.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a well-established Hedge Fund in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Senior Executive Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional administrative support to the Head of Business and Central team, including planning events, scheduling meetings, and managing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exercising discretion and judgment in important matters, including planning events and scheduling meetings for Executives.
  • Driving projects with limited supervision from Executives and the Central team.
  • Creating project status reports and presentations for Executives.
  • Compiling and disseminating project documentation and reports as required.
  • Organizing and arranging both onsite and offsite meetings and other event planning duties.
  • Arranging travel needs through internal travel departments and creating complete travel itineraries for Executives and teams.
  • Answering phones and retrieving voicemails daily.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in executive assistant and project management roles.
  2. Excellent English language skills, grammar, written, and oral communication skills.
  3. Adaptable and flexible to changes, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Windows, PowerPoint, and related software.
  5. Bachelor's degree required.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $140-200K base (DOE) + Paid OT + Discretionary Bonus + excellent benefits.
