A leading cloud infrastructure provider seeks an experienced Account Manager to join its Liverpool office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT or app development and excellent project management skills.
Job Summary:
This role involves working closely with our Development team and supporting clients across various industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Project management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
- Client relationship management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in IT or app development, with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and project management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
What We Offer:
