The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced First Aid Lecturer to join our team at London South East Colleges. As a First Aid Lecturer, you will play a key role in planning and delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment on First Aid courses.

  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective teaching and learning materials.
  • Ensure positive student outcomes and meet academic performance targets.
  • Contribute to the development of the First Aid curriculum, ensuring it remains relevant and up-to-date.
  • Administer courses, contribute to marketing initiatives, and maintain compliance with College policies.
  • Participate in quality assurance procedures, including assessment and internal verification.
  • Support unemployed adult learners and remove barriers to training.
What You'll Bring:
  • PGDE or other level 4+ teaching qualification.
  • Relevant English/Literacy qualifications, ideally at level 4.
Experience:
  • Experience delivering First Aid.
Performance Evaluation:

Your performance will be evaluated based on indicators such as student feedback, success rate data, observation, inspection reports, attendance data, recruitment and retention data, and more.
