ICT Support Specialist

Solventum is seeking a skilled ICT Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Helpdesk Engineer, you will provide first-level support to internal and external customers, resolving issues and collaborating with our Level 2 team when necessary.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or other communication channels
- Work with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating to Level 2 team when required
- Monitor internal ticketing systems for trending issues and service level agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Keen passion for IT and technical troubleshooting
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional travel to Malvern
