Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate NPD Specialist to contribute to innovative product development in the meat sector while gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of new meat products from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer needs.
  • Conduct research on ingredients, formulations, and processing methods to enhance product quality and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, quality assurance, and production, to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Support the preparation and execution of product trials, documenting results and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Help in the analysis of competitor products and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Participate in the creation of product specifications and support regulatory compliance for new products.
  • Assist in the management of project timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of food development processes and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for food innovation and a keen interest in the meat industry.
