About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Waterloo Manor, a leading mental health service for women with complex mental health issues. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will play a pivotal role in providing person-centred care to our inpatients, working collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and effective mental health support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality clinical care for inpatients.
  • Manage a caseload of 14-16 patients.
  • Work autonomously and contribute to teaching sessions.
  • Collaborate with a well-established multi-disciplinary team which includes OT, psychologist, visiting GP, physical health practitioner and RMNs.
  • Participate in an on-call rota.
