Female Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Female Mental Health Professional to join our team at Waterloo Manor, the UK's largest female Personality Disorder Service. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with women who have complex mental health issues, providing comprehensive and effective support.
Salary: Up to £180,000 per annum based on experience.
Job Description:
- Provide high-quality clinical care for inpatients, collaborating with a well-established multi-disciplinary team which includes OT, psychologist, visiting GP, physical health practitioner and RMNs.
- Manage a caseload of 14-16 patients, ensuring they receive comprehensive and effective mental health support.
- Participate in an on-call rota, working collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary teams.
