Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Nurse to join our Adults' Health and Care team at Hampshire County Council. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working closely with our multi-disciplinary team to provide person-centred care to our residents.

About the Role:

As a Nurse in our Adults' Health and Care service, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical diagnosis and treatment to our residents
  • Working closely with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our care services

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current NMC registration
  • Experience of working in a healthcare setting, particularly in elderly care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to creating an inclusive culture and promoting dignity and respect for all individuals
