We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare's Moors Manor Care Home. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement tailored care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
- Provide safe and effective medication management
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments is essential, as is knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
