Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized care to patients with mental health needs
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Relevant nursing qualification (RMN) or (RGN)
- Valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a nurse in the UK
- Strong team-working skills
- High level of self-motivation and flexibility
- Positive attitude and natural caring and compassionate nature
- Commitment to high-quality care and values-based practice
- Annual salary of up to £45,864 per annum
- 1 hour paid break
