To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a good understanding of the latest clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is also essential. Additionally, you should have knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
