Role: Families Worker
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Families Workers to join our multi-agency team within Oxfordshire Children Social Care. As a Families Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting families affected by substance use. You will develop personalized support plans that address the unique needs of each family, focusing on strength-based recovery and positive outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with families to create comprehensive and individualized recovery plans.
- Provide a range of solution-focused interventions tailored to the specific needs of each family.
- Work closely with other professionals within the multi-agency team to ensure coordinated support.
- Promote positive communication and build strong relationships with families.
