About the Role

We are seeking experienced Families Workers to join our Oxfordshire Roads to Recovery Service, an integrated Community Drug and Alcohol Service that provides extensive support across the county. As a Families Worker, you will be responsible for developing strength-based recovery plans with families, providing a wide range of solution-focused interventions that deliver clear positive outcomes. You will have opportunities to progress your career with a structured learning journey and clearly defined career pathways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive, family-centered recovery plans that address the unique needs of each family.
  • Provide a wide range of solution-focused interventions that deliver clear positive outcomes for families.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
