Job Summary:

Peaple Talent is seeking a highly skilled 2nd line infrastructure support specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to network infrastructure, servers, and desktops.
  • Collaborate with the network infrastructure team to ensure seamless integration of IT systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support client billing and business metric reporting.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with current and emerging technologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical support.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an MSP or ISP environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
