Second Line Infrastructure Support Engineer

Peaple Talent is seeking a highly skilled and motivated 2nd Line Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 2nd Line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the Network Infrastructure team to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
