Job Description

We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Technician to join our client's team based in Central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, expense claims, and requisitions, as well as setting up and managing supplier and employee accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices, expense claims, and requisitions; convert to purchase orders.
  • Set up and manage supplier and employee accounts, including bank details.
  • Reconcile supplier statements, credit cards, and petty cash.
  • Maintain and respond to the AP team mailbox, addressing payment queries.
  • Ensure timely authorization and payment of invoices, including weekly payment runs.
  • Process journals and manual payments, and control fixed assets.
  • Update and test the AP system quarterly, ensuring accurate vendor data in Oracle.
  • Collaborate on finance transformation projects to improve AP processes.

Salary & Benefits:
