About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee Phase 2 of a significant residential project in North London. The project involves the construction of 420 units across 11 blocks, including both traditional and RC frame structures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate groundworks, drainage, and services, focusing on civil engineering aspects.
  • Lead and mentor site teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor progress, manage schedules, and ensure project milestones are met.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably on large-scale residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of groundworks and civil engineering practices.
  • Experience with both traditional build and RC frame construction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications are essential.
