Job Overview

Mitchell Maguire is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success within the construction industry.

Salary

The successful candidate can expect a salary range of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus a performance-related bonus of up to £10,000.

Job Description

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for selling high-end manufactured multi-point locking systems to window and door fabricators. This will involve building and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in sales within the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of multi-point locking systems and their applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
