We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Service Planner to join our team at Reed Public Sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain database records to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery
- Produce documents and standard letters to support the Housing Repairs and Maintenance Service
- Process work tickets and provide technical administration support to the Maintenance Team
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone and email
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
Working Hours:
The position is full-time, office-based, with shifts of 08:00am till 16:00pm and 09:00 till 17:00, Monday to Friday.
