We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Maintenance Team as a Customer Service Planner. This is a full-time office-based position, working on shifts of 08:00am till 16:00pm and 09:00 till 17:00, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and internal teams.
  • Update and maintain database records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Produce documents and standard letters, as required.
  • Process work tickets for the in-house Housing Repairs and Maintenance Service.
  • Offer technical administration support to all areas of the team.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience, with a preference for call centre experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
