About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team at BET365. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure and providing exceptional support to our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Incident Management: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Proactive Maintenance: Proactively maintain and assess the suitability of our technology infrastructure, identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Provide excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, working closely with our users to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our technology infrastructure, including Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools such as Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and anticipate technology opportunities and impacts, providing innovative solutions to complex problems.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools, as well as experience with hardware and software support on PC, Mac, iOS, and Android devices.
  • Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines while maintaining a high attention to detail.
  • Personal Qualities: A keen interest in technology, a desire for driving continuous improvement, and a proven record of commitment, competency, and self-motivation.
