About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Strategy Director to join our team at PGIM Fixed Income. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our product strategy across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a reliable source of UCITS and QIF knowledge for the PGIM FI Client Advisory Group, providing effective support for their fundraising efforts and resolving day-to-day client-related issues.
  • Coordinate new UCITS and QIF product launches, updates to existing fund terms or guidelines, and fund liquidations.
  • Drive all UCITS and QIF product-improvement initiatives forward, including changes to workflows, database maintenance, adaptation to new regulatory challenges, policy updates, vendor changes, and more.
  • Provide value-add analysis and organized execution of UCITS and QIF related projects in collaboration with all pertinent business functions.
  • Maintain internal educational product support materials and write and distribute meeting summary and project status notes as needed.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in asset management, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility.
  • UCITS, QIF industry knowledge and experience.
  • Strong understanding of commingled fund vehicles, both public and private.
  • Strong understanding of the role and responsibilities of the various asset management support functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management experience and detail-orientation.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Clear communication (written and verbal) with proven ability to easily collaborate with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Undergraduate degree required.
