Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at Uniform Education. The successful candidate will have experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and be passionate about creating an inclusive learning environment.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is £90 - £110 per day, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including competitive pay rates, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.

About the Job:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support and small group instruction to students with SEN. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized plans and create an inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:
  • Patient, caring, and flexible approach to supporting children with diverse needs.
  • Understanding of the challenges faced by children with autism and a commitment to creating an inclusive environment.
  • Previous experience working with children with autism or other special educational needs is desirable but not essential.
