If so, we want to hear from you As a Dedicated Learning Supporter, you will work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across various subjects. You will also provide one-on-one or small group support to students who may require additional assistance.
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and students alike.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across various subjects
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who may require additional assistance
- Assist with lesson preparation and maintain a well-organized classroom
- Encourage positive behavior and support students' social and emotional development
- Collaborate with teachers, teaching assistants, and other support staff to ensure all students receive necessary support
Requirements
- Minimum GCSEs in English and mathematics required
- An A Level or degree in a relevant subject is an advantage, but not essential
- Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable, but not mandatory; full training will be provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team
