Reliability Engineer for High-Volume Production

**Job Summary:** SPEQ RECRUITMENT LTD is seeking an experienced Technical Leader to join our manufacturing team. As a Technical Leader, you will be responsible for leading technical teams, providing guidance to engineering professionals, and driving improvements in equipment reliability, team performance, and overall production efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a technical team to resolve equipment breakdowns and improve maintenance processes.
- Attend meetings to provide updates on engineering status and plan resource deployment.
- Investigate and resolve recurring technical issues using root cause analysis techniques.
- Coach and support team members, including Technicians and Apprentices, in maintenance activities.
- Support continuous improvement (CI) projects to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Education: HNC or Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of technical or manufacturing experience, including complex moulding manufacturing.
- Proven experience leading a technical team in a busy manufacturing environment.
Salary Information: The salary range for this position is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
